Russiandoll 0 Report post Posted October 6, 2005 Ok, I want to know if anyone knows or has a really good Kosher Marshmallow treat recipes that I can try out??? Let me know if you do because the only one I know is this one. 2 jars of marshmallow cream 1 1/2 tsp of vanilla 1/2 stick of butter Almost the whole box of rice crispies. I melt the butter, marshmellow cream, and add the vanilla to the pot. I then add the rice crispies to the melted mallow to a big bowl. I then transfer it after well coated to a rectangular glass pan. Finally, I refrigerate it until as stiff as it can get. This usually works out find but sometimes it's not as stiff as I like it to be. I tried alternating the butter with smart balance and it didn't hold as well as the butter does. Enjoy if you'll like to try this recipe out. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
