I'd like to bring something that I just became aware of, which if true and if pre-trib rapture is reality, then the Church could soon be headed home.

What I'm talking about stories of discussions possibly taking place of Israel joining the European Union. This could lead to Israel thinking that it could lay down it's armaments, because of a guarantee by the EU to protect them (Israel).

When, exactly, this is left totally up to God, although He gives all an opportunity to endeavor to see possibilities to ponder in His Holy Scriptures. We can a receive a glimpse, starting in Matthew 24:3 where we can listen in on a private conversation that My Lord and Saviour has with his disciples:

 

Now as He sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying, “Tell us, when will these things be? And what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?” NKJV

Therefore, we who believe the True Gospel which comes through accepting the Jesus that is proclaimed EXACTLY, by Father God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit and the Apostles in the Holy Scriptures as Lord and Saviour, can be encouraged in our walk of faith, with knowledge that is comforting in these stressful times of such great uncertainty.

 

With this discussion, apparently going on about Israel joining the European Union, one could imagine the rage that would come from the Muslims within the EU boarders, let alone middle-east. Could it be just as when the present Israel was declared by much of the world as a sovereign nation in 1948, the Muslim nations, immediately attacked them with vengeance stemming from their hatred for God's Chosen People.

 

Therefore, can we not see the possibility of the same thing happening again and fulfilling Ezekiel's prophesy? We need to know, that this, I believe will be beginning of the Great Tribulation.

 

Also, I believe that at sometime, moments before this happening, the rapture takes place of believers in the True Gospel, as it is professed EXACTLY in the Holy Scriptures, in a twinkling of a eye.

Did anyone notice when Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barrack visited the U.S. and this past Tuesday he alluded to the Iranian nuclear situation. Barrack gave this assessment and warning, if the world waits too long, Iran fully intended to acquire a nuclear weapon which would "change the landscape" of the entire world, not just of the Middle East.

 

In light of the dangerous position that Israel has been put in by Barrack Hussein Obama's indifference or even strong disdain for the fact that our once great nation has been blessed by God for it's support of Israel. It is my belief by our past strong and mostly never wavering support of Israel, since it's formation as a nation in 1948, is the reason God has blessed our nation since then, even though we have strayed away from so many Godly principles, such as prayer in schools and sanctity of human life. Our past leaders support was in some way, because they knew of and/or believed in this proclamation by My Lord God concerning the nation of Israel.

 

Genesis 12:

And make your name great; And you shall be a blessing.

And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.” NKJV

There even was a former official adviser to President Carter, Adviser on National Security Affairs, Zbigniew Brzezinski, who is respected within this radical administration. Brzezinski said, as commander in chief, Obama should order the destruction of any Israeli planes that attacked Iran in an attempt to destroy Iran's nuclear facilities.

 

We are living in times that only a personal relationship with my Lord God Jesus Christ and hopefully yours, that is proclaimed in the Holy Scriptures will alleviate much, if not all of anxiety related to these events. The Bride of Christ is not appointed to wrath in the last days.

 

Thessalonians 5: 8 But let us who are of the day be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love, and as a helmet the hope of salvation. 9 For God did not appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ, 10 who died for us, that whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with Him.
