  1. John 1

Maybe you’re confused. You should probably not worry yourself on this topic and move on to the Yahoo site. ;) One Lord, One Faith, One Book...but three Gods. Go figure :( Three gods… See, here are the problems; you and Danny make assumptions that are not backed up by any proof, like usual. When did Seeking or I make this statement? Why don’t you point that out to us, you have a full thread on this topic from last year. Remember? Where is the proof? Or where is the beef? What statement? Point what out to you? Prove what? Lawrys is very good for prime rib.

  3. John 1

And there came a voice from heaven, saying, Thou art my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. Then they that were in the ship came and worshipped him, saying, Of a truth thou art the Son of God. And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God. .....flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven. John the Baptist said... And I saw, and bare record that this is the Son of God. I wonder why Jesus never revealed to his disciples that He was God....maybe He wasn't?
  4. John 1

TK1 you say, "They are as one" in which verse is it worded that way? TK1 you say, "three are seperate and not one" in which verse is it worded that way? Where does it say differently? Where does it say Jesus is God? John 10:30 I and the Father are one." NIV John 12:45 For when you see me, you are seeing the one who sent me. TLB John 8:23 But he (Jesus) continued, "You are from below; I am from above. You are of this world; I am not of this world. 24 I told you that you would die in your sins; if you do not believe that I am [the one I claim to be], you will indeed die in your sins." I guess the Bible just isn't good enough for you! ___________________________________________________ One Lord, One Faith, One Book. Eph. 4:5-Heb. 10.7 ;) I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins. John 8:24 KJV Who does Jesus claim to be?
  5. History

What exactly was David's sin. Was it taking another man's wife? Was it giving orders that the man be put in the front line thus being killed? Or was it taking the census?
  6. You Can Do It Yourself:

THE Scripture doctrine of the Trinity is set forth in the abstract of principles of the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary Anakin failed to point out that this organization believes that water baptism is essential to being saved. Anything else that they write is insignificant.
  7. You Can Do It Yourself:

Prophet: As a confused trinitarian I would like to ask a favor of you if I may? Can you give me a definition of God. Especially what are all the attributes of a God. I would like to see if all that I have read and believe of Christ Jesus fits or does not by your definition of what God should be. Please simple sentances only for an old man. God bless! EGK Scriptures teach that man probably will never really understand everything about God and His ways. What has been revealed to us through scriptures, the creation, and His Son Jesus the Christ gives us an idea of who God is. Some of His attributes include..sovereign, holy, love, righteous, faithful, immutable, merciful. and many more, which makes him special and worthy of worship. Now tell us why are you confused?
  8. You Can Do It Yourself:

Ive got a better one....Rapture....nothing beats the Rapture. Don't get left behind now. You know there are three Gods waiting for you at the pearly gates (thats the entrance to heaven) for you trinitarians.
  9. Prophet: Is Mgr Alive Or Dead?

Poops, I do admire your ability to show restraint and not get too involved in the antics. Sometimes I don't think before I post but throw out my "knee jerk" comments and the result may lead to confusion or misunderstanding. Frustration can build to a point where some release is inevitable. Controlling this release is what I need to learn. Do I respond in the same fashion "eye for an eye" or do I "turn the other cheek" Jesus would prefer that I turn the other cheek. Turning the other cheek and loving your enemies are qualities that must be and can be learned with the help of the Spirit. Have a great New Year.
  13. Prophet: Is Mgr Alive Or Dead?

prophet: Is mgr alive or dead? Well...? Well what? Change your attitude, dude.
  14. Prophet: Is Mgr Alive Or Dead?

Another church that seeker of fault secretly attends.
  15. To Rule The Nations With A Rod Of Iron

Poops, your rebuke is misdirected. Elisha was an elder and a prophet. He was also jeered and mocked by some young people and he called down a curse and two bears came out and mauled forty two youths. Why not rebuke Elisha? Certainly his actions was not becoming of an elder. Or how about Isaiah, he was an elder and a prophet. He mocked the prophets of Baal. Why not rebuke this person also. In case you have missed it but this is a favorite passage that mockers in your camp use as an excuse to mock and jeer. Why do you not rebuke them. Why not use Titus 1:9 to exhort them. How about when Jesus was in the temple whipping the money changers. Jesus was the Son of God, why not rebuke Him for his actions. By your rebuke of dshubin, who you refer to as an elder, you have gone contrary to the very Word of God you try to uphold. Do not rebuke an older man harshly, but exhort him as if he were your father.1 Tim 5:1 If you want to exhort people to act more Christ like may I suggest directing your energy towards them who need it the most.
