Orion: O.K. thanks I am not fluent yet in using the correct tools as I post a reply. Don't think anything of it, there is no hidden agenda. I also use bold to reply to a post and I am not shouting, but seperating my post from the rest. I need to learn to do something else on that. psneesp

Nice topic starter. The song is #572 from the pescnik. At first glance, there are no phrases/vocabulary to give glory to mgr. Figure my translation will be done in few days, or sooner. However, I researched the the songs that used at the last day of any holiday. Such as Kusha. That might give you indigestion. Gotta go for now. My hubby is asking for me to make the steak fries to go with his (wonderful always) barbeque chicken and saute' mushrooms. Someones honking, hope our company brought some greens. Girls gotta have it. psneesp

Orion: Other things....I am requesting a reply to my post #17 about the various languages.. Please favor us with a reply. Thanks psneesp

This is too funny!!! The one who has called just about everyone who he has ever disagreed with a name is now against name calling!!! Orion the penguin watcher and the pagan namesake". I really like the line, "They'll be reduced to name calling because they have nothing else". That is really the pot calling the kettle black. The cult of man, is when the messenger becomes greater than the message. This goes for anyone going to Calvary or to any Molokan church. Keep your eyes on the master and not the messenger!! EGK Hi EGK, How many years now has it been that you have been un churched? You sound like a lamb without a Shephard. Which master do you keep your eyes on? Can you introduce me to your Master?

Hi Orion: I have been several times to Pastor Chuck's Calvary Costa Mesa to the English service, and one time to the Russian language service with their own pastor. I was not aware a total of 7 different languages/cultures hold services on that campus. They have a deaf service and one for developmentally disabled people. What do you think about that? I want to hear one day, that English is the spoken language in the molokan church. Would you be for or against that happening? psneesoup

New Israel (old Clark St.church) Liquidates Closes Doors
psneesoup posted a topic in Anonymous Discussion
Can anyone verify what was heard yesterday? The shephards of New Israel (old clark st. church) Southern CA - have told their sheep to leave because they are closing their doors for good. No more services. The preachers of all the other churches are having a meeting to discuss what action will be taken regarding allowing the displaced people to join up with them. psneesoup -
If you are inclined towards some conservative viewpoints try this eye-popping site - www.Heritage.org. I don't care for broadcasts anymore.

I read this entire thread and the historical walk that the posters paved is very thought provoking...indeed. I preface what I write by saying that God wants us to be fully functioning servants who live for Him. Sin seperates us from God. Whatever our decisions become about staying or leaving the molokan experience - please consider looking at it from a Biblical View. Consider too, that as true believers -we have accountability to our King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Who gave His only Son to spill His blood for - all human beings. His precious son Jesus Christ - of Nazareth. We are now His. After we become saved, the decision we must make is what can I give up to give me more time to study the Bible. Where can I go to get fellowship with like minded folks. As believers we know that if we are not growing towards the way of Jesus Christ - we are disobeying the Biblical command to seek Him in the Word. One must read Scriptures in isolation as well as attend a Bible teaching church. Churches are equipped to help people overcome sin - even after a person is saved. The world is full of sin. Pornography addiction, substance abuse, sexual sin, incest, cults. or a person that has been victimized and hurt by this sin. Family dysfunction or marital discord. Not participating in a process of growth is Sin. Sin seperates us from God. God desires to move the believer to His next level for servanthood to Him. There are accountability groups which meet on a regular basis to help overcome this sin. God wants us to confess that we are Jesus Followers. Confessing our SECRET SIN is also a requirement from our Holy Father. A small group is designed for this. In this process as God renews us from the inside - to out. He chips away at whatever is in us that keeps him distant. He sanctify's us to become ever so close to Him - in this deeper transformation and walk with the Lord - we are being prepared for our eternal home in the God's Golden City. Our treasure is in Heaven you see. Please, consider that time is so short. How are you allowing God to sanctify you? psneesoup

Hi Orion: I do not have the book either. What do you know, or have you heard about it? What makes you want to read it? Thanks psneesoup

Lastinline: The youtube was a great pick for your post. What was illustrated was how to help people, wherever we happen to be planted in life. The young dude had conveyed care and interest in the old fella. He helped him once and then on his walk - probably back to work - he checked on his new friend again. Interest, Care, Concern, for a fellow human. A person like that is putty in God's hand - willing to serve and available to do His work. The scriptures on the other posts were good too. psneesoup

Hi Posnee Soup Maker, Thanks for your interest in the website!!! Our website has a dash between each word. It should be act-of-grace. Hope this helps! to Steve Piv Yeah, o.k. Wall bumped it up for my benefit - on the post that was made about your site - last Winter 2008. He did that last week. Thanks anyway! psneesoup
