I think God has a wonderful sense of humor, He made man didn't He? One of my favorite speakers is Jon Courson, he always throws in a joke or funny story here and there in his sermons and follows it with his infectious laugh and I just love him for it. I agree with Stevepiv that tasteful humor is a good thing it has its place, it can lighten the soul and a good laugh is good for the stomach muscles. Many times when I've been down someone comes along and lifts me up with humor and I feel refreshed.

One must repent and be baptized into the name of the King of Spirits in order to enter the Millennial Kingdom of Jesus Christ upon the earth. When you say 'into the name of the King of Sprits', is that name Maxcim? And does Maxcim being the King of your Spirit then dwell in you?

Interesting Steadfast. Did the Lord tell you I was attending a spevka? Because I have no recollection of this. I've told you before, I'm not a singer nor attend a spevka class.

The man of lawless, who is doomed for destruction, is the one who does not know that the Lord has come. As Efim said; "Ah, there now, you did not know when the God would come ! Thus you remain as false prophets. The Lord did not give you the power to know, hence you remain false. But to those whom the Lord gave strength and understanding, these know that the Lord has come." S & L page 692 Are you saying Maxcim was the second coming of Christ, and we need to accept him into our lives for salvation?

Praise God, thank you for sharing.

Job went through his afflictions because of his strengths, not his weakness.

The greek word sperma is used several different ways, differently in 37 and 38. Verse 39 the word "sperma" is not found but referred to. Which definition you choose SHOULD best fit the balance of related Scripture. Sir you have a concordance and a spirit credibility issue. Establish credibility with the Lord, stop appearing to help church singers who sing praises to a convicted criminal and heretic. By your attendance you support their classes and their place of worship, Abstain from EVERY sort of evil, which includes spevka and any occasional Molokan church attendance. Why do you call Him Lord Lord? Steadfast back to his old cruel tricks. Admin: it was nice when his posts were blocked. Ooooooo. Then I really hit the nail on the head. Looks like I'm not the only one in disagreement with your word Steadfast. Good luck, my phone line is always open to you.

Why do you call Him Lord Lord? Wow. You must lead a sad and angry life. Let me guess, whenever something happens to you, or someone doesn't agree with you, its always everyone elses fault. Lets see if I can figure it out. You deeply believed in the S&L. Put your faith in the elders and what they say. Something happened in your family that the elders turned their backs on you. You received a wake up call. Started reading the S&L differently. And yet some of Maxcims beliefs still linger. You have been hurt and your foundation fell apart. Now rather then build your foundation on the Lord, you have done so on your bitterness and anger. You don't attend any church services, no fellowship, no service to others, probably stay at home feeding your anger and fustration, knowing that you have all the answers. How'd I do? Hence you reacting in such a way over a trivial non-salvational issue. What an interesting thing you have chosen to judge my walk with. But yet you have already judged my walk. It appears you know who I am, and have heard some kind of rumors about me attending a spevka. Another sign of your reaction over this issue. So now if you have any credibility or if my assumptions are incorrect, my number is in the directory, feel free to call and discuss any issues you have with me, just as any credible believer would do. Otherwise I am done discussing such a trivial matter with you, using me to help feed your bitterness and anger even more.

Eve being wholly seduced (2 Corinthians 11:3) "exapatao", was God inspired to be written by the Apostle Paul, which you flatly reject. Referring to seed, Jesus chooses to use the term "sperma" in His teaching of the sowing of the tares by the devil. Sounds like you would reject that too. Matthew 13:37-39 Sowing of the tares. 37 He answered and said to them: "He who sows the good seed is the Son of Man. 38 The field is the world, the good seeds are the sons of the kingdom, but the tares are the sons of the wicked one. 39 The enemy who sowed them (seed/sperma) is the devil, the harvest is the end of the age, and the reapers are the angels." "sperma". Strongs #4690 . sperma (sper'-mah); from NT:4687; something sown, i.e. seed (including the male "sperm"); by implication, offspring; specifically, a remnant (figuratively, as if kept over for planting): KJV - issue, seed. Source (Biblesoft's New Exhaustive Strong's Numbers and Concordance with Expanded Greek-Hebrew Dictionary. Copyright © 1994, 2003, 2006 Biblesoft, Inc. and International Bible Translators, Inc.) I do not reject Apostle Pauls writing, but I do see it differently then you. First off "exapatao", is the seduce wholly, not wholly seduce, if that makes any difference. I decided to double check your concordance references. In the King James the word is beguile in 2 Corinthians. Definition is: •Deception (also called beguilement, deceit, bluff, or subterfuge) is the act of convincing another to believe information that is not true, or not the whole truth as in certain types of half-truths. Yes I believe Eve was seduced, but only seduced/beguiled into wholly partaking of the forbidden fruit. The claim you say about her having sexual relations with the serpent are no where to be seen. You are grasping at straws, and reject what is written in Genisis 4:1 1 Adam [a] lay with his wife Eve, and she became pregnant and gave birth to Cain. She said, "With the help of the LORD I have brought forth [c] a man." Concerning Matthew 13. You're are right about the Greek meaning "Sperma", but you have slipped it into the wrong place. That word is in verses 37 and 38, but not found in 39.

No, I think Maxcim was a nutcase criminal! Where did Maxcim get the teaching of Eve being wholly seduced? Wall, do you believe the Holy Bible is in error and Eve was not seduced every way possible as the Apostle Paul was inspired to write? My mistake, I apologize. No I don't believe the Bible is in error. But I don't agree with your interpretation. I believe she was seduced in partaking of the forbidden fruit not sexual intercourse.

Well good luck with that. I think you are reading to much into things because of your desire to believe what Maxcim wrote. Its clear to me that Adam was the father of Cain. Your thought on 2 Corinthians does not apply. It is talking about being led astray from the Lord. Just as the serpent lead Eve to disobey the Lord and partake of the forbidden fruit. So others will be led astray from their only husband Jesus Christ and follow a different false gospel a forbidden fruit. As EGK shared all things Scripture leads to Jesus. Jesus is the Seed being talked about.

Why was this family of Cain's excluded from Adams genealogy in Genesis 5? If Adams line came only through Seth as you assert, then this family came through who? Genesis 4:16-24 The Family of Cain. 16 Then Cain went out from the presence of the Lord and dwelt in the land of Nod on the east of Eden. 17 And Cain knew his wife, and she conceived and bore Enoch. And he built a city, and called the name of the city after the name of his son — Enoch. 18 To Enoch was born Irad; and Irad begot Mehujael, and Mehujael begot Methushael, and Methushael begot Lamech. 19 Then Lamech took for himself two wives: the name of one was Adah, and the name of the second was Zillah. 20 And Adah bore Jabal. He was the father of those who dwell in tents and have livestock. 21 His brother's name was Jubal. He was the father of all those who play the harp and flute. 22 And as for Zillah, she also bore Tubal-Cain, an instructor of every craftsman in bronze and iron. And the sister of Tubal-Cain was Naamah. Eve had a son named Cain (scriptural), did Adam? I haven't found where Cain being the son of Adam is clearly stated? Now I'm starting to understand where you're coming from Guest. Maxcim writes that the serpent slept with Eve so Cain is fathered by the enemy. Am I right?

Sorry Guest I don't understand what you're trying to prove. The line of inheritance was through Seth, so it would be complete. Was Adam the father of Cain? Yes, but wouldn't have needed to be mentioned in the genealogy through Seth. Genesis 4:1-2 1 Adam [a] lay with his wife Eve, and she became pregnant and gave birth to Cain. She said, "With the help of the LORD I have brought forth [c] a man." 2 Later she gave birth to his brother Abel. Now Abel kept flocks, and Cain worked the soil.

This is the whole account written in, Genesis 5:1 "This is the book of the (generations, written account, births) of Adam." Wall, do you believe this documentation is not complete? No I feel its complete. I agree with EGK.

Cain and Abel not mentioned in Adam's genealogy, why is that? Most likely reason is that Adams line came through Seth. That is really neat, thanks Steve.
