We were chastised by the "strapshee" that they had cracked all the eggs fresh in the morning. :unsure: Have they actually gone to using a dehydrated or "instant" egg product now ? :o Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
sadichka 0 Report post Posted September 2, 2005 Hola Ligo! Actually, the eggs are not powdered....they come packaged in three gallon containers. They are beaten and flash frozen in order to retain their nutritional components. To prepare the eggs, they defrost the carton, pour the egg mixture into a 4" deep sheet pan and bake.
